Genesis of Bodybuilding

At the end of the 19th century, there was renewed interest in the muscular body and muscle strength. But this time not as a means of Survive or self-defense but muscle development
in the sense of a return to the Greek
Ideal to glorify the human body.

In 1940 the AAU (Amateur Athletic   Union) organized the first real bodybuilding competition of our time and awarded the winner the "Mister America" title.

For professional bodybuilders, Joe Weider organized the first in 1965
"Mister Olympia". This event has since established it self as the most prestigious competition in the scene. Bodybuilders who shaped this time and the Mister Olympia title were

In the 1970s, women like Jane Fonda triggered a real boom with training videos and commitments to fitness.
Women's bodybuilding only became more popular in the United States and gradually in Europe. 1980 was 
Rachel McLish
the first woman to be named "Miss Olympia" and until 2014 this women's competition was held annually.

Workout

The following explanations are only a rough outline for a successful workout.
we write an individual training program for each member in accordance with their personal objectives.
It is very important to me that the exercises are carried out correctly and in accordance with the objectives.
Those who train consistently according to the jointly developed training plan are guaranteed to achieve their goals! With realistic objectives, you will see visible results after just two to three months:

 


Bodybuilding

I recommend that you tailor the training to your workload. 4 to 5 maximum 6 training units per week are enough to build up your body.


For the different muscle groups
do 8 sets each for smaller ones
(Biceps, calves) and up to 12 sets for larger ones (back, shoulders).
Repeat 4 to 8 per set. for basic exercises, 6 to 10 repetitions. for dumbbell exercises and 15 to 25 repetitions. in cable exercises.
Do you want a muscular body
you have to build up primarily with basic exercises like ( Squats, bench press and deadlift ) work with the aim of increasing the basic strength.
The stronger you are, the more massive the appearance.
