The following explanations are only a rough outline for a successful training.
I write an individual training program for each member in accordance with their personal objectives.
It is very important to me that the exercises are carried out correctly and in accordance with the objectives.
Those who train consistently according to the jointly developed training plan are guaranteed to achieve their goals!
With realistic objectives, you will see visible results after just two to three months.  



Bodystyling Lady's

Bodystyling (dear ladies) focuses more on the figure and body weight.
You train to lose weight or improve your current figure!
I recommend training on to coordinate your workload.
3 to 4 training units per week are enough to keep your body slim.
As with fitness training, you start with stretching followed by cardiovascular and strength training.
The balanced diet is a very important component for you to be successful!
A training period of 45 minutes to 1 hour per lesson 3 to 4 times a week and your dream figure will come true within 3-4 months!
But then you should always stay tuned to maintain your achieved goal with good health into old age.
