Die Formel:

wird verwendet, um die unterschiedlichen Körpergewichte der Wettkämpfer "auszugleichen". Um die Wettkampfpunkte zu erhalten, werden die gestemmten, gedrückten oder gehobenen Gewichte mit dem, dem Körpergewicht des Athleten entsprechenden Koeffizienten multipliziert. Sieger wird der Wettkämpfer, welcher den höchsten Wert erreicht. Das Alter wird mit der Wilks Formel nicht kompensiert.

Für Damen (rot dargestellt) und Männer (blau dargestellt) werden unterschiedliche Tabellen angewandt. Die früher verwendete "Schwartz-Tabelle" wird nicht mehr angewandt.

Anleitung:
Erste Zahl: Körpergewicht in Kilo, Zahlen 2 - 9: Koeffizient, auf 100gr genau.
